Congratulations to Kelli Rhea, a Senior at Marshall Academy. Kelli was awarded the Tennessee Valley Power Play Scholarship on Monday, May 6. Kelli was selected by a distinguished panel of educators from colleges and universities in the Tennessee Valley for demonstrating superior academic achievement and exemplary leadership in school and community. We are very proud of Kelli for this outstanding accomplishment.
