Marshall Academy held their annual Varsity Athletic Award Program on Sunday, May 5 in the Frank Swords Gymnasium. Several students received special recognition awards during the evening including Grady Brooks (Johnny Alldredge Spirit Award), Erin Lomenick(George Hill Memorial), Jaime & Jackson Graves(Mackey Rodgers Scholarship) and Erin Lomenick and Drayton Potts(Mackey Rodgers Booster Club Scholarship)
Congratulations to Marshall Academy Senior, Lizzie Tollison. She was selected by the Holly Springs Rotary Club as Student of the Year and received the Rotary Scholarship for 2019. We are very proud of Lizzie for this outstanding accomplishment.
Congratulations to Lizzie Tollison and Catie Miller, both Seniors here at Marshall Academy. They were both awarded the Byhalia Area Chamber of Commerce Scholarship based on their essays, “Why is community service important, how can they support community service, and how can they get others involved”.
Each year the 6th Grade Students present the World’s Fair to the elementary students, family, and friends. Students design a storyboard for their country, dress in costume, prepare authentic food and write a report about the many things they learned from their research.
